Install and secure the window. Install according to the manufactures instructions.

Add a bead of silicone around the window. Next nail the siding to the frame wall using 1 1/4″ finishing nails.

Cut the 1×4 trim according to the size of your window. Add silicone to the trim and nail using 1 1/4″ finishing nails. The top and bottom trim sticks out 1/2″ on both sides.
